In the documentation for Migrate NGINX Ingress to Traefik in the “LoadBalancer IP Retention” section ( Migrate from Ingress NGINX Controller to Traefik - Traefik ) the following is mentioned for DigitalOcean:
DigitalOcean: Supports loadBalancerIP with floating IPs
I wish this was the case! But as far as I know and can tell from the documentation, this just is not true. DigitalOcean does not support assigning a floating IP to a Load Balancer.
Is there any source for this claim?
