Why is the token php-files?!?
Looks very like a bad guy is trying something.

The certificate is only 8 days old

ERR Cannot retrieve the ACME challenge for (redacted) (token "license.php") providerName=acme
ERR Cannot retrieve the ACME challenge for (redacted) (token "cloud.php") providerName=acme
