Maybe can not download plugin

Share your full Traefik static and dynamic config, and docker-compose.yml if used.

Share more log, currently there is no error.

I config traefik by helm charts

The log is problem of Traefik 3.x that can not download the plugin, when use traefkik 2.x, can download the plugin and no the log
