Is there a way to filter out /ping requests in access logs output?

I have enabled access logs in my configuration. Is there any way to filter out the periodic /ping requests? It's quite spammy in the output, so I would be surprised if this was something someone here hasn't discovered already.

I'm using traefik 2.1.4 version.

I also need this, but have not been able to find a solution, other than filtering it out at a later stage (e.g. from another service collecting the logs).

Does somebody have a solution for this? Its kind of annoying to see /ping logs. We need access logs but not on /ping.
