I am manually providing the Let's encrypt cert/key to the traefik but when using wget to access traefik from command line, it is missing the intermediate and maybe root certificate. How can I provide them ?

You should not include the RootCA, just the leaf certificate and all intermediates.
Where/How did you get your letsEncrypt certificate, this can help explain where to get your intermediate.
Likely it is just the Let's Encrypt Authority X3 which is below.
In the certificate file there should be:
- Your certificate
- Intermediate certificate(s)

I am running in some issues at the same point.
certFile = "/mnt/HDA_ROOT/.config/QcloudSSLCertificate/cert/cert"
keyFile = "/mnt/HDA_ROOT/.config/QcloudSSLCertificate/cert/combine"
So everything looks in the most cases fine.
But now I'm not able to use Bitwarden with Android.
After some ssl-tests it came out that there is this failure.
The certificate is not trusted in all web browsers. You may need to install an Intermediate/chain certificate to link it to a trusted root certificate. Learn more about this error. The fastest way to fix this problem is to contact your SSL provider.
No matter what I'm using chain or fullchain or key or intermediate.pem I can't figure out how to solve it.
The same certificate works in the normal qnap webserver.
Is there a way to use pem certificats in traefik?

For those, who had googled up this post. When you add your custom certificates from Let'sEncrypt, expose those via traefik:

certificates:
- certFile: /etc/traefik/conf/certs/fullchain.pem
keyFile: /etc/traefik/conf/certs/privkey.pem
Note fullchain.pem as a certFile.
