What ip should I point in the host file to jenkins service discovered by traefik from consul catalog?

I have configured consulCatalog provider to pass the services to traefik , I am unsure to what IP should jenkins service should point to ? i.e is it the IP of host traefik is running on or is it the ip of Jenkins is running on ? this part is very confusing
