Traefik Dashboard is glitching and cannot access my services from inside my network but can outside from internet

I cant access my service inside my internal network but can access them from outside. i have no middlewares that might do this. also the dashboard is glitching. the circles start in normal size hten get smaller until they dissappear. this happens continuously like in a loop

Share your full Traefik static and dynamic config, and docker-compose.yml if used.

Enable and check Traefik debug log (doc) and Traefik access log in JSON format (doc).
