Traefik 2 HTTP to HTTPS in Dockerfile

Hello,
I am a traefik newbie. I have written the following docker file. It works so far even if I call for example https://whoami.xxx.com. If I call it with http a 404 error appears.

What do I have to do to get the traffic redirected to https? I would like to define for each container if it is redirected to https.

And what do I have to do so that the container is accessible under http?

- "traefik.http.middlewares.redirect-to-https.redirectscheme.scheme=https"
# global redirect to https
- "traefik.http.routers.redirs.rule=hostregexp(`{host:.+}`)"
- "traefik.http.routers.redirs.entrypoints=web"
- "traefik.http.routers.redirs.middlewares=redirect-to-https"
