Timestamp in access logs has no milliseconds?

Is there any way to include the milliseconds in the timestamp in access logs?
Currently I get only

[25/Sep/2021:20:20:00 +0000]

but would need

[25/Sep/2021:20:20:00.123 +0000]

...
