System requirments for Traefif on Ubuntu 18.04

Hi all,

I am new to Traefik Load Balancer ? Reverse Proxy. I would like to know what the hardware requirements are to install the application. I found on line where it mentions

  • 32 GB RAM
  • 8 CPU Cores
  • 10 GB SSD

What is recommended to get this party started. Thank you in advance.

Ubuntu 18.04 is end-of-life since May, please upgrade to be safe on the Internet.

We run Traefik on nodes as small as 2 vCPU and 1GB RAM. K3s uses it specifically for its small footprint.

But it of course depends on the amount of traffic you want to throw at it.
