No way to display middleware config on the dashboard for community plugins

Community middleware plugins are unable to display their config on the Traefik dashboard like built-in plugins.

Expected behavior
There should be some way to define the dashboard config in the middleware plugins instead of hard coding it into this messy file.

Current behavior
All middleware plugins not built into Traefik are unable to display their current configuration on the dashboard.
