[newbie] securing docker access?

Hi,

I have a personnal server with a few containers that i would manage with traefik if i can.
I watch some videos, and you says that this default configuration for docker is ok for a demo but is really not good for a real env (docker access method via socket if i understand).

Is there some example of waht we should do better then for a small config please ?
