Let's Encrypt CNAME Flattening

I do have a wildcard sub-domain (*.mydomain.tld) setup with letsencrypt that does work.

- "traefik.http.routers.web-dev.rule=HostRegexp(`{[a-z]+}.mydomain.tld`)"
- "traefik.http.routers.web-dev.tls=true"
- "traefik.http.routers.web-dev.tls.certresolver=le"
- "traefik.http.routers.web-dev.tls.domains[0].main=mydomain.tld"
- "traefik.http.routers.web-dev.tls.domains[0].sans=*.mydomain.tld"
- "traefik.http.routers.web-dev.middlewares=web-dev-redirectscheme@docker"
- "traefik.http.middlewares.web-dev-redirectscheme.redirectscheme.scheme=https"
- "traefik.http.middlewares.web-dev-redirectscheme.redirectscheme.permanent=true"

I need to allow CNAME dns entries.

For example
CNAME otherdomain.tld otherdomain.mydomain.tld

How can I configure Traefik to create/request a valid certificate for *.mydomain.tld and also otherdomain.mydomain.tld

I use dnsChallenge for '*.mydomain.tld'. Is there a way to use httpChallenge for cname flattened requests?
