How To setup Rule and PathPrefix correct

Dear all,

i have a simple nodeJS backend behind my traefik proxy, which is reachable with a subdomain "backend.my-domain.de" and afterwards there are several routes like

/login
/registerNewPlayer
several more

Now iam failing with the simple task to confiugre Host and Prefixes correct. I have tested already a bunch of different configuration, but unfortunately none of them works for all my backend path. I would appriciate any help enormous:

NodeJS is listening on port 8080 and cors allow Origin is temporary set to "*".

Now with this example, /login works like expected. The route /registerNewPlayer never hits the backend and i do get a 500. Basically i just want to configure that all requests hitting this domain with multiple pathes /path1 /path2 /path3 ... should just redirect to the backend and gets handled there.

From the documentation i found:
Match requests sent to any subdomain of example.com:

HostRegexp(`^.+\.example\.com$`)

But replacing this with my backend.my-domain.de did not work eather.

Could you be so kind to assist me here? How would i solve me problem?
To clarify: I have only 1 backend docker file and all requests on the host backend.my-domain.de shall be just handled from there (port 8080). Thank you in advance, greetings Marc

This looks correct:

Error 500 sounds more like a target service error. Enable Traefik access log in JSON format to see OriginStatus (coming from target service) and DownstreamStatus (doc).

OriginStatus is 500, that’s what the target service is returning and Traefik only passes to the client.
