# Upgrade from 2.11.3 to 3, any suggestions?

Hi, I would like to use coraza WAF plugin, and I am currently on Traefik 2.11.3, so I need to upgrade to traefik 3 first.

I want to ask the forum that are there any important things I need to be aware before I do perform the upgrade?

Also, are there any tutorials on how to setup traefik v3 to work with coraza WAF with its plugin?

Edit: just realized that coraza waf plugin has memory leaks. So there is another plugin Traefik Modsecurity Plugin for WAF, so does this plugin work with v2 traefik?
