> P.S.: an empty TXT record is left in my GoDaddy DNS Management. Is it fine?

yes it's fine, it's because the GoDaddy API don't allow to remove TXT records: the only way to remove the TXT records is to create one "empty" TXT record to replace the others. It's a weird API.
