Traefik 2.x crashes on Ubuntu VM

I have installed version 2.1 on two Ubuntu Esxi VM (18.04 and 16.04) but it crashes with segmentation fault, even the first release candidate of version 2 crashes on both VM.
On those same VM the latest version of 1.7 runs just fine.

Now to make things even more strange, on Ubuntu 18.04 and 16.04 installed on Virtual Box on my PC any version of 2.x runs just fine.

What could make Traefik fail with a seg fault?

could you provide more information about the seg fault (logs) and about the arch (amd, arm, 32bits, 64bits, ...)
