I would like to be able to dynamically create endpoints based on new docker containers that I am provisioning. Is this possible?

The docker containers that are being provisioned are decided by the client so I cannot predict what endpoints the client will want (ie if the client wants 10 containers I need entrypoints for UDP port 5000, UDP port 5001, UDP port 5002, .... UDP port 5009).

I suppose in the worst case I can precreate 1000s of endpoints that cover all the range of ports I would need and simply add the routers/services as docker containers get created?

Aside from the fact that entrypoints are defined in the static config so this cannot be done. You would still have to publish the ports in docker, that too cannot be done on the fly, so would have to be defined en masse.

Thanks for the quick reply 😄 Is there a plan to ever make entrypoints part of the dynamic config? I thought it used to be possible to create entrypoints as part of the docker labels or perhaps I misread a blog post

Seems like someone has already asked for this [https://github.com/containous/traefik/issues/6551](https://github.com/containous/traefik/issues/6551) but no response from the developers ☹ It also seems like UDP routing is quite bare bones ([https://docs.traefik.io/v2.2/routing/routers/#configuring-udp-routers](https://docs.traefik.io/v2.2/routing/routers/#configuring-udp-routers)) so the en masse definition of entrypoints will be my solution 😄
