# Doubt regarding the IngressRoute and Ingress

Hello All,

I was going through the docs..I am not able to under the difference between IngressRoute and Ingress.  
And what is CustomResourceDefinition.  
As much i know for v1.7 we never used CustomResourceDefinition.  
Requesting for help

Also if we have any other websites for learning the traefik other than its official docs.Bit hard to understand the official docs
